Client Responsibilities

2)Authorization: Clients must have full authorization to provide us access to their accounts, websites, or other online properties for marketing purposes..
3)Compliance: Clients must ensure that the materials provided to us do not violate any laws, third-party rights, or intellectual property rights.

Payment and Billing

Service Fees: All service fees for digital marketing packages, campaigns, or hourly services will be clearly outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Payment Terms: Payments for services are due as per the terms agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.

Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, designs, graphics, and strategies produced by Vehash Global Marketing for clients during the course of the project remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is made. Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the content created during the project.

Confidentiality

Vehash Global Marketing values the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. We agree not to disclose or share any client-specific information, business practices, or sensitive data with third parties without the client’s consent, unless required by law.

Liability

Limitations: Vehash Global Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Performance:: While we strive to provide the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as top search engine rankings, conversions, or sales.

Termination of Services

By Client: Clients may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding fees up to the termination date remain payable.

By Vehash Global Marketing: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates any terms of the agreement or fails to provide necessary cooperation or payment.

Client Testimonials & Case Studies:

By agreeing to these terms, clients grant Vehash Global Marketing the right to use their business name, brand, and performance data in testimonials, case studies, and marketing materials.

Amendments:

Vehash Global Marketing reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the parties may seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law:

Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the location Vehash Global Marketing.
